Duraline's Rubber Molded Portable Lighting Systems are Factory Mutual Tested and Approved, for indoor / outdoor wet locations,  exceed O.S.H.A requirements, and are available with plugs suitable for IEC Class IP67and Nema 6 applications. These products are widely used in shipyard temporary lighting, cruise ship string lighting, construction site temporary, carnivals tent lighting, temporary lighting in buildings, task lighting, tunnel construction, highway construction lighting, bridge decorative and temporary lighting and mining industries for over 55 years.

These Lighting Systems provide safe overhead temporary lighting and easy to use task lighting. All Duraline Lighting products are molded to heavy duty type SOOW 600 volt cable in solid Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber. Lamps are sealed by a rubber "O" ring molded into each socket on all of Duraline's Lighting Systems. This "O" ring forms a watertight seal around the neck of each bulb eliminating problems associated with oil, dirt and moisture.

Lighting Streamers are available in Vapor Proof and Non Vapor Proof and all come ready to hang. Sockets come spaced at 10 ft intervals standard but almost any spacing can be manufactured. Vapor Proof Lighting also includes a Pyrex Globe and guards are optionally available on all Lighting products.

Lighting Streamers are available in 2, 3, 4 and 5 wire configurations to extend the length of the light string without the need for booster transformers and can accommodate 120 and 220 volt  lamps

Duraline's lamp sockets have been tested to seal out water per MIL-F-16377/39A,

MIL-F-16377G and MIL-STD-108E (3' of water for 1 hour) if accidentally submerged. While they have been tested and approved this practice is not recommended as hot lamps may burst when contacting cold water creating a safety hazard. Use of lexan rain guards, rough service coated lamps and GFCI protection increase overall system safety. Budget Miser sockets are not built to a Mil Standard but have been tested to seal out water.

Duraline lighting products are suitable for IEC Class IP67 and Nema 6 applications.

All lighting products can use a 100 watt max incandescent (A21 Size Recommended) lamp or 32 watt max fluorescent (130 watt equivalent) lamps now available from Duraline.

Wet Location String light with "T" Drops and Vapor proof Hand Lamps

Wet Location Rubber Molded String lights with "T" Drops and Vaporproof Hand Lamps with ON / OFF switch. All drops are Molded to heavy duty type SOOW cable rated 600 Volts. Streamers include a 25' lead with a molded male nema 5-15 plug. "T" Drops are spaced 10' apart and include an 18" drop with a solid rubber molded wet location Vaporproof hand light with switch. Available with black cable / red hand lamp or yellow cable / yellow hand lamp. String lights are either dead ended or include a 1 foot tail of cable with female nema 5-15 connector.

Hand Lights Rated 100 Watt Max Incandescent - Lamp Type A21 or 32 Watt Fluorescent

Great for Bridge Lighting, Tunnel Lighting, Construction Lighting, Dress Ship Lighting, Tent Lighting, Indoor / Outdoor String Lights.

The Vapor-Proof Streamer is similar to the Vapor-Proof Block streamer except it is designed for hanging rather than surface mounting. These sockets include a heavy-duty, internal crush-proof ring around the screw shell, an external grounding ring and a molded-in, heavy-duty brass hanging grommet. The body style is designed to accommodate a Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and 75 Watt max incandescent or 32 Watt max fluorescent lamp. A heavy gauge steel wire guard is finished with a Zinc-Chromate plating for protection against corrosion. Socket bodies are molded of durable Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber, and each socket is integrally molded to type SOOW cable.

Suitable for use in indoor or outdoor wet locations. Available with Optional Weather-Proof GFCI protection and/or  On/Off Switch. Meets O.S.H.A and NEC Requirements.

These low voltage vapor proof handlamps operate at 12 volts and are ideal when jobsite locations require an O.S.H.A compliant portable lighting solutions for use in wet and possible conductive locations. The lightweight transformer is housed in a small waterproof enclosure molded to the cable with a removable cover for servicing. This enclosure is molded of Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber to protect transformer for environment. This hand lamp also features an encapsulated switch, which is molded into the body of the hand-light and is completely watertight. These sockets include a heavy-duty, internal crush-proof ring around the screw shell, an external grounding ring and a molded-in, heavy-duty brass hanging grommet. The body style is designed to accommodate a Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and 75 Watt max 12 Volt incandescent lamp. A heavy gauge steel wire guard is finished with a Zinc-Chromate plating for protection against corrosion. Vapor-Proof Block Wet Location Streamers incorporate the same socket as Duraline’s Heavy-Duty Streamer Lights. These sockets include a heavy-duty, internal crush-proof ring around the screw shell and an external grounding ring. The body style is designed to accommodate a Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and 75 Watt max incandescent or 32 Watt max fluorescent lamp. A heavy gauge steel wire guard is finished with a Zinc-Chromate plating for protection against corrosion. An integrally molded flange with four mounting holes is also provided to allow surface mounting of each socket. The assembly is molded of durable Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber, and each socket is integrally molded to type SOOW cable.
